Working in the compression hosiery industry it is not uncommon to stumble across stories of people suffering with venous insufficiency – one such tale, and possibly our favourite, comes in the form of blog ‘The Swells Up – surfing the Lymphoedema Wave.’
Following athlete Juliette Clark, author of the blog, you can read the path to Lymphoedema management from a lady who was diagnosed with Lymphoedema in December 2010 after 18 months of intermittent swelling in her right leg.
Remaining positive Juliette has chosen not to let Lymphoedema get the better of her, and this blog is her story, as well as an inspiration.
