How much is postage and packaging?

All Orders received before 1pm will be shipped same working day (stock permitting). Orders after 3pm Friday will be dispatched next working day. Please note all prices include VAT except “Rest of World”.

United Kingdom
- Royal Mail 1st Class £2.50 – Free on orders over £30
Europe/EIRE
- Royal Mail Int. Tracked & Signed £7.50 – Free on orders over £75
Rest of World
- Royal Mail Int. Tracked & Signed £10.00 – Free on orders over £100

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.

Will you put the parcel somewhere else if I leave a note?

Although not guaranteed, our courier may leave your parcel with a neighbor or in a location specified by you.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone at the specified address can sign for the goods.
