We recently posted a blog entry about Men in Tights, and have had a fantastic response.With the after effects of links to the blog and the discovery of specialist blogs all about the subject at hand, it seems the world is even closer to the acceptance of men wearing tights than we would have first believed.
Rob, blogger for ‘Manly Hosiery,’ says in post ‘Hello World:’
“It’s a growing fashion, and there are lots of men out there that don’t know yet that it’s OK to wear pantyhose.
“There are some people out there that can really benefit from some forms of full leg compression, like those with varicose veins or who have restless leg syndrome. Having some form of pressure can help relieve the pain.”
In five years time we predict men’s support tights will be accepted alongside the man bag, a controversial step that caused a few raised eyebrows when it was introduced as an alternative to the ‘manlier’ backpack.
