The Arm has adjustment marks to help you make precise and repeatable application, to control changes in limb volume, it is also easy to put on and take off as it is a semi-open garment
Note: Daylong recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the hosiery works correctly and feels comfortable.

Sizing is extremely important for your compression hosiery to work effectively. Ensure you measure the points on the diagram below comparing them to the charts below to find the right size for you.
Where to measure?
1. Choosing a Size
Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- cB - Palm - at the fold of the thumb
- cC - Wrist - widest point at the wrist
- cD - Forearm - mid-point of the forearm
- cG - Axilla - around the top of the arm
2. Choosing a Length
Length measurement in cm for the following point:
- lCG - Length - from the wrist to the axilla
