Circumference measurements in cm for the following points:
- cD - Knee - just below the knee
- cC - Calf - widest point at the calf
- cB1 - Mid-calf - 15cm above ankle bone
- cB - Ankle - narrowest point above the ankle bone

Length measurement in cm for the following point:
- L - Leg - from just below the back of the knee the outer ankle bone on the ankle
